The Secretary of Tourism of Camocim held on last February 28 one more COMTUR (Tourism Municipal Council) meeting, with the presence of Mr. Jacob Bandeira dos Santos Neto, the Sebrae representative.

Mr. Santos Neto offered a one-and-a-half hour-long presentation about Sebrae's new work methodology, now focused on the concrete results of the developed projects.



From the launching of the new support stage to our tourist region, that spans from 2007 to 2010 and now focused exclusively on the counties of Cruz, Jijoca de Jericoacoara, Camocim, Barroquinha and Chaval, the representatives of these counties and the entities attending the meeting were enthusiastic about the new format including such areas within the new actions involving all the productive chain of the tourism industry. They will work together to obtain the best results in the Route of Emotions (Jericoacoara, Delta, Lençois).

During the meeting, the systematic actions' forms were jointly filled, and they will be submitted to the local authorities in order to register their counterpart contribution to the actions carried out in partnership with Sebrae.

The attendants also had access to the Route of Emotions Operator's Guide CD, a complete documentary about the region's tourist and cultural assets.
